Lot 7 is a large lot in the development that can have no neighbors to the front or rear.  The lot is ideal for a rear walkout that levels out to the walking trail and allows for a backyard.  The land in the front of the lot is level and part of the SHF "open space" which can be used as a yard.  Public water and the utility runs have been installed to the corner of the lot.
