Lot 6

Lot 6 is a large corner lot in the development that can have no neighbors to the side or rear and has an established executive house to the rear.  The lot has rolling land that levels out and allows for a large back yard and side yard.  The land on the side of the lot is level, with the rear sloping away and part of the SHF "open space" which can be used as a yard.  Additionally, the lot has the ability to have a walkout basement to the rear and left sides.  Public water and the utility runs have been installed to the corner of the lot.
