Lot 3 is one of the largest lots in the development that can have no neighbors to the front or rear.  The land behind the lot is heavily wooded and is part of the townships "open space" which can never be built upon.  The lot has rolling land which allows for a variety of walkout basements and a variety of back yards.  Public water and the utility runs have been installed to the corner of the lot.
