Lot 1 is the largest lot and an end lot in the development with its own private driveway that can have no neighbors to the front, left or rear side.  The lot is relatively flat to the rear which allows for a very large back yard.  Additionally, the lot has the ability to have a walkout basement to the front side.  Public water and the utility runs have been installed to the corner of the lot.
